As an Autistic Autism Specialist…

As an autistic therapist, I’ve discovered that so much of what we learned about autism in our clinical training was either incorrect or outdated. My mission is to enhance authentic understanding of the autistic experience and autistic community by providing information and training from an autistic perspective.

I support parents, educators, therapists, and health care professionals who support autistic people and would like to better understand the needs of their autistic clients and loved ones. I also provide non-behaviorist behavior support.

I also support autistic adults in the areas of autistic burnout, self-discovery, and the practicals of living your best autistic life.

In Therapy…

I offer holistic psychotherapy and coaching for adults focusing on life transitions, anxiety, stress management and spirituality. I particularly enjoy spiritually-focused therapy with clients on non-traditional spiritual paths. It is always my mission to help folks feel most supported and welcomed as their authentic selves.

I believe the client is the expert in their own experience. My role is to be a helpful and empathic guide.
